What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Stylecraft—guiding customers through one of the most important moments in their lives.

In this role, you will:

Welcome and guide prospective buyers through model homes and communities
Showcase the features and benefits of our homes and neighborhoods
Build relationships and deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
Present and explain purchase agreements and key milestones in the homebuying process
Follow up on leads using our proven sales approach
Maintain model home presentation, signage, and marketing materials
Build relationships with Realtors to drive referrals
Track and manage customer activity in our CRM system

What You Bring

1+ year of sales experience (new home sales a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A customer-first mindset and positive attitude
Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Valid driver’s license
