What You Will Do:
As a Production CAD Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in turning architectural visions into real homes for families. Your work helps drive our mission forward — one lot, one plan, one home at a time.

This role is highly independent and best suited for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work with occasional team collaboration.

What You Will Bring
You’re more than just technically skilled — you take pride in your work and seek to make a difference. We’re looking for someone who brings:

An associate’s degree in CAD, drafting, or a related technical field
(bachelor’s in architecture a plus)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans
Experience drafting for a production home builder is a strong advantage
A proactive mindset and commitment to quality, service, and growth
