The Details
· Location: In-Person, Huntsville
· Schedule: Every Weekend Required (This is when the magic happens in real estate!)
· Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour + a $100 bonus for every home closed.
What Your Day Looks Like You are the face of Stylecraft and the first person a family meets when they walk into their future home. You aren't just "support"-you are the engine that keeps the community running.
· Expert Guidance: Walk prospective buyers through our model homes and help them see the possibilities.
· Relationship Building: Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep the momentum going for our customers.
· The "Vibe" Manager: Ensure the model home looks flawless and welcoming every single day.
· On-the-Job Growth: Participate in active training sessions designed to turn you into a high-performing Sales Executive.
