The Junior Online Sales Specialist is responsible for converting online leads into sales. This role ensures that all online prospects are properly qualified, cared for, and distributed, providing exceptional customer service while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Position Overview

The Junior Online Sales Specialist is responsible for converting online leads into sales. This role ensures that all online prospects are properly qualified, cared for, and distributed, providing exceptional customer service while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
What You Will Do
- Follow established processes within our CRM and third-party coaching programs like Do You Convert and Cannonball.
- Respond to email and phone leads immediately, qualifying leads based on needs.
- Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting appointments with Onsite Sales Agents.
- Deliver marketing materials and information to prospects and respond to voicemail and sales line inquiries.
- Work with prospects to determine the best community and floor plan.
- Utilize lead-management software to track and report lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
- Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed; be flexible.
- Maintain availability, at minimum, Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding scheduled days off.
- High School Diploma with at least one (1) year of sales experience; New Home Sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends and select holidays.
- Advanced selling skills with strong follow-up, networking, and client management abilities.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using phones and a variety of computer applications.
