What You Will Do:
Responsible for communicating with our internal and external customers and vendors to maintain the daily transactions, needs and requirements to achieve consistent administrative fold of accounting information.
  • Process PO’s & Invoices
  • Billing Issues
  • Utilities
  • Scanning
What You Will Bring:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience;
  • Data entry experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer skills
  • Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation and persistence.
  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
