Lead Quality at Scale: Regional Quality Assurance Manager
This role goes beyond inspections. It’s about growing, making an impact, leading teams, and shaping the quality of every home we deliver.
At Stylecraft, we don’t just build homes—we build trust, communities, and long-term relationships. For nearly 40 years, we’ve helped Texans achieve the American Dream of homeownership, and we’re proud to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Texas year after year.

What sets this role apart:
You Make an Impact: You ensure quality expectations are clear, consistent, and upheld across your region.
Leadership Beyond the Field: You mentor QA Managers, partner with Construction and Warranty leaders, and drive accountability.
Real Influence: Your insights into trends, inspections, and warranty data lead to meaningful improvements in plans, specs, and processes.
A Company That Invests in You: We trust you to lead, support your growth, and value your voice.
