Position Overview
As a Project Administrator with SouthSix Construction, you will support project teams through administrative coordination across estimating, budgeting, documentation, and project execution. This role helps ensure projects are set up, managed, and closed out efficiently from start to finish.

What You Will Do
  • Support preconstruction efforts including vendor onboarding, takeoffs, and bid coordination
  • Create and maintain project specifications, submittals, and required documentation
  • Assist with job budgets, pricing entry, and procurement support
  • Process VPOs and invoices while maintaining accurate cost tracking
  • Generate weekly VPO and monthly budget reports
  • Review job costs and follow up on discrepancies or missing information
  • Track and organize field documentation throughout construction
  • Upload required documents for permitting and Certificate of Occupancy approvals
  • Coordinate job release processes and transition projects into construction
  • Prepare project closeout and handover packets for clients
  • Provide general administrative support such as printing plans and document coordination

What You Will Bring
  • High school diploma with 4 years of experience in Construction or a related field or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a Construction related field.
