What You Will Do
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Southern Region Warranty Team. A team that will support you, challenge you, invest in your growth, and care about your success. We're looking for a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our Team.

You'll be responsible for:

Meet with new homebuyers to conduct New Home Orientations, explaining home features and operations.
Communicate with homeowners to schedule and follow up on warranty service work.
Oversee day-to-day activities of Warranty Technicians and ensure contractor performance.
Authorize payments after verifying 100% completion and customer satisfaction.
Identify and report recurring warranty issues to help improve future construction quality.

What You Will Bring

High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
