The Details
• Location: In person – College Station, TX
• Schedule: Full Time
• Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
What Your Day Looks Like
You’ll wear a few hats — and that’s what makes this role exciting.
Be the first point of contact
• Respond quickly to calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
• Keep communication organized and documented
Bring our brand to life
• Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Develop reels, stories, and short-form videos
• Highlight available homes, team culture, and community features
Keep our listings strong
• Post and maintain accurate, eye-catching property listings
• Coordinate pricing, photos, and descriptions
• Ensure every vacancy is marketed quickly and professionally
Create a great move-in experience
• Prepare move-in materials and welcome items
• Help new residents feel excited and taken care of from day one
Deliver standout customer service
• Build positive relationships with prospects, residents, and vendors
• Handle questions with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
• Jump in and support the team when needed
What You Bring
• Experience in customer service, leasing, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using social media and creating content
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
