The Details

Role: Area Warranty Manager
Location: In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Type: Full-Time
Pay: $50,000–$55,000


What Your Day Looks Like

You’re the bridge between construction, contractors, and homeowners—keeping everything running smoothly and professionally.
 

Homeowner Experience:
Conduct New Home Orientations and walk buyers through their new home with confidence and clarity.

Communication & Follow-Through:
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on warranty service work to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Field Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day activities of trade contractors to ensure quality work and on-time completion.

Quality Control:
Authorize payments after verifying 100% completion and customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify recurring warranty trends and communicate opportunities that help improve construction quality long-term.
